Mr. Mohamed has over 29 years of experience in advising clients on banking and finance related matters in the United Arab Emirates. He also advises clients on capital market transactions in the United Arab Emirates including in particular listings and/or offerings of different financial products on the Dubai Financial Market, Dubai International Financial Exchange and the Abu Dhabi Exchange, as well as continuing/reporting obligations and other regulatory matters related thereto. Mr. Mohamed has worked as a Director of Legal Affairs in UAE Federal Government and also worked as Legal Advisor in global Satellite Telecom Company.
